One of our proudest achievements is being accorded with the LEED® Platinum certificate, from the U.S.G.B.C. for our Green Factory Building in Surat. This marks us as one of the few diamantaires globally to achieve this standard, signifying our commitment to environmental excellence.
When we started designing our factory, we had specifically incorporated certain Green construction features, that have led to the following impactful outcomes:
Energy Efficient - Our building is 31% more energy efficient than a building of similar size and type
Optimized Water Consumption - We save 32% water through efficient plumbing fixtures and ensure 100% wastewater treatment
Harnessing Solar Power – We meet 50% of our power needs through solar roof panels and are actively working towards doubling our dependancy on solar energy
Brighter and Greener Workspaces – 75% of our occupied spaces receive natural daylight, reducing electricity usage
Lower Carbon Footprint – Our efforts collectively reduce 365 tons of greenhouse gas emissions, equivalent to planting 40,000 trees

We have always believed in giving back to the society, that has given us the stature which we enjoy today. In an endeavour to build a better tomorrow, Ankit Gems contributes towards the society at large in manifold ways.

In-order to build an educated and a better tomorrow, Ankit Gems focuses on providing an enjoyable and enriching educational experience to children belonging to the weaker section of our society.
Till now, we have been able to provide monetary as well as infrastructural support to 6 schools, namely:
We have not only reconstructed and modernized these schools, but also provided in-school boarding facilities within them.
The new school buildings have been built in a way that amplifies daylight and cross air ventilation, along with better sanitation and sewerage system.
These schools have also been provided with additional amenities like built in kitchen units, shower room, sports room, play area and laundry bay, to enhance the overall infrastructure.
Apart from reconstructing the dilapidated school structures, Ankit Gems has extended its support by providing necessary supplies like books, uniforms, stationery and sports equipment’s, to name a few.
Through our initiatives we have positively impacted 20,000 + students, including the ones residing in Vikramgadh – a tribal rural interior of Maharashtra.
At Ankit Gems, we are committed to ensuring access to quality healthcare for all, regardless of geographical location or economic status.
In India, we actively support hospitals and local healthcare institutions by providing financial aid and medical equipments.
Beyond institutional support, we organize blood donation camps at our facility, contributing vital resources to local blood banks. Additionally, we prioritize the well-being of our employees by arranging periodic health check-ups and providing comprehensive health insurance coverage for them and their families.
Our commitment to healthcare extends beyond India. We provide similar support in Namibia and Botswana, aiding local healthcare institutions and ensuring medical assistance reaches those in need. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we made substantial donations in Namibia, further reinforcing our dedication to global well-being.
